1 General Terms of Use

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the ck449 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, promotions, and any interactions with ck449 customer support. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement governing your relationship with ck449.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the ck449 platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. You must not register an account or place any bet on ck449 if you are unable or unwilling to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

ck449 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ck449 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of these Terms in another language, the English version shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative text.

1.4 Platform Availability

ck449 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to network outages, power failures, or force majeure events. ck449 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ck449. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. ck449 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

ck449 is operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ck449 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck449 accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activities may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on ck449:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from ck449 or any affiliated platform.
• Persons who are acting as agents or representatives of another individual for the purpose of placing bets.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of ck449 or any of its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members.
• Persons accessing the platform through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise their true geographic location in order to circumvent restrictions.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on ck449, including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. ck449 reserves the right to refuse any application to register an account at its sole discretion.

3.1 Account Information

When registering your ck449 account, you must provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of your details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold one active account on ck449 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ck449 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending bets or bonus funds, and withhold any winnings generated from the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck449 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including before your first withdrawal or if your account shows unusual activity. Requested documents may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck449 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck449 support immediately at [email protected]. ck449 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ck449 supports a range of payment methods designed to meet the needs of players across Bangladesh. All transactions on ck449 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck449 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash.
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to individual bank approval).

ck449 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts. All payment methods used on ck449 must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your ck449 account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ck449 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ck449 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ck449 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by ck449 within one to three business hours for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required. ck449 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ck449 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on ck449 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ck449 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from accounts denominated in a different currency will be subject to conversion rates applied by their payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ck449 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. ck449 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Using the ck449 platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ck449 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to both new and existing players. All promotions offered by ck449 are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have completed the KYC verification process and have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. Players who have self-excluded or opted out of promotional communications are not eligible to receive bonuses during their exclusion period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ck449 are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements on standard bonuses are set at 30x the bonus amount. Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories (such as live casino and certain slots) may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement — these contribution rates are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck449 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, using low-risk or mathematically guaranteed betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay. If ck449 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

5.4 Promotion Validity

All bonuses and promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. ck449 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirements associated with bonus funds already credited will remain in effect until the bonus expires or is forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on ck449 are governed by the rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game or sport. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ck449 are final once confirmed. ck449 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical fault or where the applicable sport or game rules permit cash-out. All sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. ck449 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: human error in odds setting, technical malfunctions, or evidence of match manipulation.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

ck449 offers live and pre-match cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Cricket bets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event that a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that tournament. If no specific rules apply, bets on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on ck449 — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by ck449 or any of its affiliates. Each game on ck449 displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP figures are verified by independent testing laboratories and are provided for informational purposes.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet, ck449 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. ck449 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck449 and may result in immediate account closure and withholding of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Placing bets with the knowledge of inside information relating to the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the ck449 platform or its underlying technology.

7 Responsible Gaming

ck449 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. 7.1 Player Protection Tools

All registered players on ck449 have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your ck449 account.
• Session Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions. You will be automatically logged out when your session limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your ck449 account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to ck449 support and take effect immediately.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your ck449 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, ck449 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ck449

ck449 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Player has been identified on a self-exclusion register.

Where an account is closed by ck449 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. ck449 will notify the player of the outcome and, where appropriate, return eligible funds to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. ck449 reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. The account will not be charged below a zero balance. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting ck449 support.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck449 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ck449's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck449 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
